Niranjan Das
Niranjan is the principal architect of NGA, having headed this firm since 1994. He shares an architectural and interior design practice with his architect wife and has worked internationally and headed architectural projects all over the region.
Their practice covers a multitude of projects, spanning designs for stadiums, auditoriums, cathedrals, hospitals, institutions, hotels, spas, commercial buildings apart from various multi and single dwelling homes.
Niranjan has worked as a consultant with RSP Design Consultants India Pvt. LTD., Bangalore for 6 months on the WOCKHARDT HOSPITAL, Mumbai and with GDR software for one year on the GEORGE BUSH INTERCONTINENTAL AIRPORT, HOUSTON, USA.
He is an associate professor in BMS College OF Engineering, Bangalore and has also worked in Bangalore Institute Of Technology. He is often approached by architecture students for guidance with their design and thesis projects.
An avid photographer and travel enthusiast, he brings his enriched experiences coupled with a keen eye for detail into his designs.
Niranjan Das holds a Bachelors Degree( B.Arch) in Architecture from Bangalore and a Masters Degree (M.Arch) in Architecture from U.S.A and is a member of the Council of Architects, India and a fellow member of the Indian Institute of Architects.
Gunjan Das
Interior Designer & Principal Architect, N.G. Associates,
Gunjan is an architect with a Master’s degree from Clemson University, USA in City & Regional Planning. From designing at the macro level, her keen eye for detailing has transcended her practice to designing interiors at a micro level. Though her forte lies in Residential design, she has had an opportunity to design interiors for various multi disciplinary projects. Her mature understanding and appreciation of design and aesthetics coupled with a very practical and utilitarian approach to client requirements is the key to the success of her projects.
She has always been interested in teaching and has done short stints at Ramaiah & Jain College, has been part of many juries and has also conducted workshops for Asian paints all over the country. For the last few years she has been very actively involved with IIID, Bangalore Chapter, she was previously the treasurer (2017-19), the Hon. Secretary (2019-21) and Chairperson Elect (2021-2023). She is currently the Chairperson for the same. As part of this, she is involved with student projects in various colleges, is on the Board of Studies committee for Mount Carmel College, works for SWAP (Social warehouse project) and CoDe studio (Community Design Studio), helps in organizing events and works for the Antarya magazine.
Gunjan completed her B.Arch in 1991 from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore and went on to do her Masters Program in City and Regional Planning from Clemson University. She is a member of COA, IIA and IIID.
Their projects have been featured in many a magazine, articles and also in ‘50 most beautiful homes’. Recently, their own office interiors was shortlisted for the WADe Asia (Women in Architecture and Design) awards.

Tanoj is a senior member of our studio with over 10 years of experience to his credit. He has worked on a variety of projects ranging from residences to institutions. His scope of work includes preparation of technical drawings, handling site visits and coordination with consultants.
Shwetha M.M.J
Shwetha has completed B.Arch from B.M.S College of Engineering, Bangalore. She is a senior member of the studio. Her forte is in interior design, with over 7 years of experience she has handled a wide array of projects from designing, detailing to overall project management and execution.
Minolin Judith
Minolin has completed B.Arch from Acharya’s NRV School of Architecture, Bangalore. Her strength lies in creative concept development and design planning and she has worked on a range of projects that include residences, religious buildings and institutions.
